Cash Money is in hot water! A couple of weeks ago Tyga said he wanted to leave Young Money, on top of that, he revealed he never really got along with his labelmates Nicki Minaj and Drake. And now it's Lil Wayne's turn. The YMCMB leader wants to leave Cash Money! Indeed it's in a series of tweets that Weezy said his album Tha Carter V, which was scheduled for December 9, will not come out because Birdman, founder of the label Cash Money, refuses to release out.
"To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it. This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation. I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy. I am a prisoner and so is my creativity again, I am truly sorry and I don't blame ya if ya fed up with waiting 4 me & this album. But thk u"
Lil Wayne clearly accuses his old "father" Birdman to sabotage his career! His album was originally scheduled for the beginning of the year and this is probably the flop of all available singles that caused a push back. Is the label waiting on a success of one of Wayne's single to release the album?

Last summer, it's Busta Rhymes and Mystikal who left Cash Money for artistic disagreements. As for Lil Wayne he can count on Pusha T who invited him to join the label he is signed on, GOOD Music.
